Brook Food and Bakery Equipment have announced their new partnership with Cambro Manufacturing and Foodservice Equipment Manufacturing (FEM) to supply Cambro’s bakery equipment to the UK bakery market.
Brook Food said in the announcement they believe in solution-based equipment supply, as their bakery specialists focus on delivering equipment solutions to suit a variety of businesses within the bakery and food manufacturing sector. For this reason, they have teamed up with Cambro through their UK distribution network partner FEM.
The partnership allows Brook Food to be the main distributor of Cambro products to the UK bakery sector. Cambro currently serves the industry’s complete selection of products for diverse segments of foodservice businesses.
Cambro’s bakery equipment include ultra-lightweight EPP (Expanded polypropylene) bakery insulated carriers, rust-free anti-microbial shelving, ingredient bins, food storage solutions and much more.
As part of Brook Foods’ new sundries offering, customers can expect to see a new sheet pan rack, providing a long-lasting solution for transport and holding needs. Available in three heights, two caster types, and two rail spacing options for a custom fit. The racks also come with a warranty against rust and corrosion.
A new range of 40×60 containers will also be available, allowing bakery businesses to carefully and safely store, prove and transport products.
