Rademaker is looking forward to taking part at IBA and presenting the latest solutions across the entire product portfolio, including advances in (industrial) pastry, bread and pizza production equipment.

Smart data solutions: the theme of IBA 2025

A key theme at Rademaker’s IBA showcase is smart data gathering and processing. Visitors will learn how Rademaker’s solutions leverage machine data to optimise equipment performance and improve production efficiency. We invite you to visit our stand to discover our latest technologies designed to improve your bakery operations

Key highlights at the Rademaker stand

Next-generation pizza topping line
The latest Pizza Topping Line is designed for fully automated production. A highlight is the new Pizza Sauce Depositor, along with the Pizza Strewing System, which precisely handles various toppings. Smart data integration continuously optimizes the process, reducing waste and increasing efficiency.

Enhanced laminating system
Rademaker has improved its laminating technology for better fat layer stability and dough sheet consistency. These enhancements increase product quality while simplifying handling and reproducibility.

New bread line pre-sheeter
The Dynamic Pre-Sheeter System (DSS) transforms dough into uniform sheets. Now featuring a reduction station, it has a smaller footprint, an expanded process window, and reduced dough rework.

Radini semi-industrial bread line
Processing 250 to 1,200 kg of dough per hour, this line accommodates various dough types. It minimises waste while maximising efficiency, offering modular configurations for both automatic and manual shaping. Mobile units enable precise cutting, moulding, and rounding with consistent weight and size accuracy.

Rademaker robot
The Rademaker Robot enhances industrial bakery production with advanced grippers and vision systems. It automates labour-intensive tasks, improving efficiency, consistency, and cost-effectiveness. Live demonstrations will take place at IBA.
