FRITSCH, part of the MULTIVAC Group, will present its latest dough processing, packaging, and labelling technologies at the Bakery Showcase in Toronto, Canada, taking place on 3–4 May 2026.
The company will exhibit at Booth #703, where visitors will be able to see equipment designed to improve efficiency and product quality across bakery production lines. The showcase will highlight solutions that integrate dough processing with downstream packaging and labelling systems, supporting bakeries looking to optimise automated production processes.
Systems on Display
Among the systems on display is the FRITSCH Rollfix dough sheeter, designed to handle large dough blocks while maintaining consistent product quality. Built with stainless steel construction for durability and hygiene, the machine incorporates quick-release belts along with removable flour dusters and brushes to enable efficient cleaning and maintenance.
The exhibition will also feature the MULTIVAC L310 conveyor belt labeller, which offers flexible labelling options for a variety of packaging formats. The system can be adapted for different pack types, including clamshells, sealed trays, and flow-wrapped products, helping manufacturers maintain consistent product presentation while supporting efficient packaging operations.
