iba exhibitor profile: Cepi Spa

CEPI Spa at IBA 2023 will be exemplifying its endlessly unique projects and welcomes attendees to its stand to visit solutions for mixing, a customisable silo and more 

This IBA edition will look forward to endless innovations, ideas, meetings, know-how and inspiration. In one word, iba 2023 will be endlessly UNIQUE: just the way CEPI’s projects are! 

CEPI has taken part in the show since 1995. That is why we are proud to say: “Back to iba!” and why we are eager to share our technologies, method and story with you. Not to mention all the news since the last edition: visit our stand to get to know us, from our new home to the many optimisations in our process, from training, to research & development, to the latest developments in our sustainability strategy. 

Technology is the heart of our work. At the booth you will be able to see a selection of our applications from up close and experience the modular, flexible and turn-key approach in all our designs.  

Visit us to see our Blender, a station that receives, weighs and blends in a single unit. It is fast and accurate, able to deliver a homogeneous mix of powders even for quantities lower than 1% of the total weight in the span of 3-5 minutes. The Blender optimises mixing and production times and can be used to mix ingredients before dosing or in place of the dosing hopper. It comes with hygienic design and is easy to clean and fully inspectable.  

From the Blender we move onto Globosilo, our pride of stainless steel: an outdoor silo that is fully modular and customisable and is designed and manufactured entirely in-house in dedicated tower and high ceiling area. Globosilo is hygienic and safe and comes with powder recovery filters and an air exhaust system. Our welding process renders the inner surface entirely smooth inside to prevent the persistence of leftovers. Globosilo is perfectly adaptable to all environments with an option for insulation and drying technologies as well as anti-condensation and dehumidification. 

Finally, explore a fermentation tank and discover all the options we make available for your fermentation process: tanks, yeast melters and bread re-work dissolvers for sourdough, pre-dough and poolish. Fermentation leads to healthy, natural and aromatic products with long shelf life, and we are excited to share our love for fermentation and sourdough in particular and everything we can do to support you in achieving artisan quality with industrial volumes.  

Most of all, we are eager to talk about bulk material handling and the way we build our systems: turn-key systems designed through an in-depth analysis of the user’s processes and based in long-term thinking, our installations are circular products with a long life, very easy to revamp and adapt to future developments. At the show, we will share all the reasons why our systems fit with the circular economy, and everything else we are doing to achieve the 5 Ps that represent our values: doing good by People and by the Planet with Partnership, Prosperity and Peace. 

We believe that the future is digital, but we are looking forward to meeting you face to face. Establishing relationships is part of our mission. That is why at iba you will meet the entire Sales Team as well as the Marketing & Communication Team at our booth: they are bringing our global knowledge of materials, environments and markets to our booth, as well as the continued research that goes into developing around 300 unique systems every year.
