West Hall, Booth 1311
Steel belts and process systems manufacturer IPCO will use IBIE 2025 to focus on the productivity benefits available to bakery, chocolate and confectionery producers through its equipment, process expertise and consultancy.
Highlights on the stand will include live demonstrations of an all-new belt tracking system and IPCO’s latest Rotoform HP chocolate chip moulding system.
Solid and perforated steel conveyor belts
IPCO is a world-leading manufacturer of high quality steel belts, supplying both OEMs and end users across the bakery and confectionery industries.
The key characteristics of an IPCO bake oven belt include outstanding thermal properties for efficient baking, a high degree of sustainability due to low heating costs; and an attractive return on investment due to excellent wear resistance and good repairability.
Conveyor component ranges expanded with new tracking device
IPCO has expanded its range of conveyor components with the introduction of an innovative new Compact Belt Tracking system, CBT 2G. Featuring a contact-free optical sensor that continuously monitors the position of the belt, the device immediately corrects any belt deviation to deliver fast, precise tracking and an extended belt life.
The CBT 2G is just the latest addition to a range of conveyor equipment encompassing everything from sheaves and shafts to bearings and breakpoints. IPCO can support manufacturers through troubleshooting and consultancy and can also upgrade ovens from mesh conveyors to steel belts.
High productivity chocolate moulding with IPCO Rotoform
IPCO is also a major supplier of chocolate moulding equipment, with process systems for industrial ingredients – chips, chunks, drops and blocks – and decorative products such as shavings, rolls, pencils, blossoms and many more.
The latest model in the company’s Rotary Depositor Module range is the Rotoform HP (High Performance), and IPCO will have a demo unit in operation on the stand.
Chips are free flowing for easy handling, storage and dosing. Chips of different sizes – from 30,000 to 300 pcs/kg – can be produced by simply changing the shell.
Maximising productive floorspace with triple pass cooling
A wide range of production components means IPCO can tailor systems to meet different needs, from low cost, rapid deployment start-ups to high capacity multi-layer systems. These include triple pass cooling systems that enable high throughput rates while minimising floorspace requirements.
Piston Depositor Module for large wafers/chips
The company recently introduced an innovative Piston Depositor Module (PDM) that combines a direct-to-belt delivery approach with precision control to produce perfectly circular large wafer products. The PDM can be installed alongside Rotoform and extrusion equipment on IPCO Chips Drops and Chunks Moulding Lines for maximum production flexibility.
Global service, local expertise
IPCO has sales and service offices in 25 countries, with trained and equipped service teams on the ground available to provide a quick response to any service or repair requirement.
