In time for Veganuary this year, Krispy Kreme has announced recently launching a limited edition vegan doughnut cookie indulgence range. The doughnuts are being released just in time for 2024.
Available from 29 December to 28 January and registered by the Vegan Society, the company is presenting a suitable treat to kick off Veganuary, whether doughnut fans are trying out a plant-based diet for the first time or always choose a vegan diet in their baked goods.
Revamping their fan-favourite Cookies & Kreme doughnut, Krispy Kreme has launched a vegan version of their delicious Kreme frosting, so fans of plant-based baked goods don’t need to miss out on the doughnut. Within the range as well is Chocolate Cookie Crunch.
Made fresh daily, the limited-edition Cookie Indulgence doughnut range will be available in Krispy Kreme shops, in selected supermarket cabinets in Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrison’s as well as service stations and third party delivery partners UberEats, JustEat and Deliveroo, from 29 December.
“The Vegan Trademark team are thrilled to see Krispy Kreme expanding their vegan options and making them available across the country,” said Amelia Wallage, Account Manager at The Vegan Society. “They’ve gone the extra mile to verify their vegan claims by registering with the Vegan Trademark. Those looking for a fresh and tasty doughnut can have peace of mind that this range is vegan certified so doughnut-lovers nationwide don’t have to miss out on their favourite treat.”
