The awards were among a series of accolades presented during the CBA’s flagship event, which brought bakers, suppliers and industry experts together for a day of learning, networking and celebration.
CBA CEO Karen Dear said:
“The awards are always a highlight of Business Day and an opportunity for us to recognise the skill, commitment and hard work that exists throughout our industry. Our winners demonstrate everything that is special about craft baking. They are businesses and individuals who care deeply about what they produce, continue to develop what they do and make an important contribution to their communities and the wider industry. Congratulations to all of this year’s winners and finalists.”
The awards formed part of a packed CBA Business Day programme, with speakers addressing some of the biggest opportunities and challenges facing craft bakeries, including business growth, apprenticeships and developing the next generation of bakers.
