New York artisan bakery Tom Cat Bakery has announced its expansion into nationwide distribution through Dot Foods, a food industry redistributor in North America.
The company’s selection of fully baked frozen artisan breads is now available to distributors across the US, allowing them to purchase one case or multiple pallets of the company’s products.

With the support of Dot Foods, we can now provide that same four-star experience to chefs across the country.”
The company’s fully baked frozen breads include signature products such as their Northeast Heirloom Sourdough Batard made with red fife wheat, their Brioche Burger Bun ad their Brioche Farmhouse Cheddar Pullapart Rolls. Each products is made with a commitment to quality, care and authenticity.
