The Baking Forum is thrilled to announce that Julia Bradbury, one of the UK’s most respected television presenters, will host The Baking Forum 2025 on Thursday, 20th March at the Queens Hotel, Leeds. Known for her warmth, versatility, and passion for environmental advocacy, Julia will bring her charisma and expertise to the event, guiding a full day of thought-provoking content, industry insights, and networking opportunities for baking professionals.

As the former presenter of Watchdog and Countryfile, Julia Bradbury is celebrated as the UK’s face of outdoor presenting. Her deep interest in nature, sustainability, and travel has led her to champion critical issues like plastic pollution, sustainable fishing, and mental health benefits of nature through acclaimed series such as Britain’s Best Walks, Cornwall & Devon Walks, and Wainwright’s Walks in the Lake District.  Julia is also a prolific writer with several books to her name including the Sunday Times best seller Walk Yourself Happy.
