Baker & Baker releases new cookies in UK

European bakery products manufacturer Baker & Baker recently launched Brooklyn Coffee Bar cookies in the UK. The new range consists of two popular flavours, double chocolate and rich chocolate, and each cookie is single wrapped – making it well suited for the food to go market.

The soft eat American style cookies offer the eating quality of a freshly baked cookie with the convenience of a wrapped cookie. The soft baked rich chocolate cookie is made from a dark short dough with a hint of vanilla and packed with white & dark Belgian chocolate chunks, while the double chocolate cookie is made from the same short dough and packed with dark Belgian chocolate chunks.

“According to Lumina Intelligence’s Food to Go Report 20231, the food to go market increased by +31.7% in 2022 to a value of £21.4 billion,” explained Helen Sinclair, UK Marketing Manager at Baker & Baker. “The Brooklyn Coffee Bar range has been designed to support the growth in this sector by offering consumers a quality tasting single wrapped cookie.”
