Fatherson Bakery debuts Valentine’s range

Fatherson Bakery has launched its Valentine’s range for 2023, which includes a delicious heart-shaped sharing cake and cupcakes that are tasty and suited to the holiday of love.

The Fatherson Bakery Chocolate Heart Sharing Cake, a heart-shaped chocolate sponge cake is layered with red velvet icing and is suitable for vegetarians, while the Fatherson Bakery Valentine’s Fairy Cakes come as six in a pack decorated with either chocolate or red icing and suitable for vegetarians.

This is in addition to the company’s Large Valentine’s Cupcakes, which are presented in a carry case and decorated with chocolate or red icing and sprinkled with edible hearts.

The Valentine’s range is made from artisan bakers at the company, using a tried and tested Fatherson ‘secret’ recipe, as the Valentine cake ranges feature fresh ingredients to replicate much-loved baking practices used in the home kitchen but last up to 14 days.

The range will be in store from early February across the UK including the Londis, Co-Op, Budgens and Spar, and the packaging is 100% recyclable.

Prior to the Valentine’s launch, the company also released a Christmas and Halloween range, which featured the traditional mince pie, iced Christmas cake, orange-iced cupcakes and a toffee-flavoured sponge topped with natural apple pieces.
