Joseph Clarke, Senior Editor of Hand Media International’s International Bakery magazine, has been appointed to the judging panel for the SIAL Paris Innovation Awards 2026.
The awards recognise products and concepts demonstrating innovation across the international food industry, including ingredients, packaging, technology, functionality and consumer experience.
As part of the international jury, Clarke will assess entries based on their relevance, added value and ability to respond to evolving market expectations.

Judges assess the benefits each entry can bring to consumers, professionals and the wider industry, considering areas including formulation, packaging, technology, usage and consumer experience.
