The Compleat Food Group welcomes first Chief People Officer

The Compleat Food Group have said they are delighted to welcome Hayley Kingdom on board as the company’s first Chief People Officer, as it continues to invest in industry leading culture.

Hayley brings with her over 15 years of experience in HR leadership roles across the FMCG industry, having spent several years in senior HR roles at Tesco and most recently, held the position of Group Human Resources Director at Burton’s Biscuits where she led the people strategy for the group.

On joining the company, Hayley said: “The Compleat Food Group has such a fascinating range of brands and great products and a diverse mix of people across lots of locations. I am excited to join the business at such a key time in the company’s growth and look forward to meeting all of our great people across the group.
