Lovingly Artisan, the multi-award-winning bakery duo based in Manchester and Cumbria, is delighted to announce the re-launch of its much-loved virtual Baking Club, a free, welcoming home for bread lovers of every level, hosted on Facebook.

Founded by Artisan Bakers Aidan Monks and Catherine Connor, the Baking Club is a place to learn, share and get your hands properly flour-dusted. Whether you’re wrestling with a temperamental starter, bonkers about buns, or simply don’t know where to begin, everyone is welcome.

Practical baking guidance for every level

Members can look forward to regular live broadcasts from the Lovingly Artisan bakery, featuring Aidan and Catherine alongside a host of like-minded guests, generously sharing recipes, tips and the science behind a truly great loaf. From starters and kneading to proving, shaping, scoring, and storing, the club offers a thorough, practical understanding of what happens throughout the bread-making process, delivered in an approachable, inspiring, and thoroughly fun way.

The vibe? Welcoming, supportive, nurturing and encouraging. It’s a safe space to share baking struggles and celebrate them as they turn into triumphs, because every great baker started somewhere, and nobody should learn alone.

A supportive community for bread lovers

Catherine Connor, Artisan Baker and Co-Founder of Lovingly Artisan, said: ‘’There’s something wonderful about getting your hands into the dough; it slows you down, it connects you to something real, and honestly, it’s just good for the soul. We started this club because we wanted to open our bakery doors, even virtually, and share everything we know with anyone curious. No question is too silly, no starter too sluggish! We’ll be right there with you, sharing our own hints, tips and the odd baking mishap too. Come and get flour-dusted with us; we can’t wait to welcome you along.’’
